Employees are the mainstay of a company’s performance. Human resources management is an art.Our hands-on seminar makes use of examples to clarify HR management situations.
Furthermore, there willbe plenty of time in the seminar for participants to discuss problems and act out situations on their own.

- Everyday management situations and challenges
- Motivating and demotivating management
- Critical routine management situations
- Defusing the situation
- Dialogues with employees: things that prompt such dialogues; matters of etiquette
- My personal style of management
Participants and conditions:
Our seminar addresses managerial staff in the non-destructive testing field who manage and provide guidance to personnel. The seminar is open both to participants who have only recently started doing this task and to those who have been working in management for some time now.
Fees:
The price includes beverages during breaks, luncheon and documents. (Participants: at least 6, 12 at the maximum)
Dr. Joachim Tries works as an instructor in an extra-occupational course at the University of Innsbruck. He himself has many years’ experience in management. Dr. Tries is a co-author of the textbook entitled “Konflikt- und Verhandlungsmanagement”.
