Requirements for examination officers
Examination officers of SECTOR Cert conduct qualification examinations as part of personnel certification – in particular according to DIN EN ISO 9712 (non-destructive testing) and DIN ISO 18436 (condition monitoring).
All SECTOR Cert examination officers hold a Level 3 or Category III certificate in the respective method and sector in which they conduct examinations. For authorisation they have completed induction training and successfully conducted two examination sessions under supervision.
Additional requirements are regular participation in an annual experience exchange and regular supervision by SECTOR Cert. This helps ensure that examinations remain independent, transparent and at a consistently high level.
