Training
Training must cover the training content recognised by the UT technical committee. The minimum training time is 10 days. (The duration of a training day is at least seven hours, which may be completed on a single day or by accumulated hours.)

Number of examination specimens for initial examination
For product sectors, at least two examination specimens shall be used, and the second and each further specimen must differ in nature from the preceding ones, e.g. by product form, material properties, shape, size and type of discontinuity.
In der Stufe 2 ist zu einem Prüfungsstück nach Auswahl durch den Prüfungsbeauftragten eine Prüfanweisung zu erstellen.
